   Our paint facility consists of three hangars. A disassembly/assembly hangar, a stripping and wash hangar and a separate paint booth. We completely strip all aluminum/magnesium surfaces and work from the ground up. All flight controls are removed for the stripping process and then rebalanced to manufactures specs prior to assembly. We use  Aluminum Cleaner and Alodine for our Conversion Coating followed by DuPonts Aviation primers for maximum adhesion. All fiberglass/composite or plastic parts are sanded and sealed with DuPonts High Build Epoxy Primers before topcoat. Our topcoat is DuPonts AF (Aviation Finishes) that are all MIL-PRF-85285 and have superior Skydrol resistance. Call us for pricing and availiability.
